It is most likely because I played with 2.8.1. I tried on 2.7.2 and I don't have that problem.

I have a problem with heirs, my characters don't have heirs even though they have sons and/or daughters thus when they die it is game over. Tried elective succession but after the first succession, it is the same story, there aren't any heirs nor the nominate tab. Any tips?

Keep up the good work! Although I think Tevinter should be bigger, the Silent Plains belong to their Empire for example. Or it could be treated as wasteland. In any case, it is still work in progress so good luck.
