i tried re downloading the mod but now every time i try and open it it says something like sorry could not open file and i have the file there and ive followed all of the instruction but my computer says no can anyone help

How do i install the patch

help iM having some glitches like when i press backspace i cant bring up the command list and when I use things like F1 there are now many of the previous things like volley fire and shied wall or spear brace are gone help.
