I think they don't have to!
Their idea isn't compatible with the original triologie, so in my oppinion its very interesting and I think they'll have much more latitude to create a new story without using the TFU-ending.
I don't know if you liked the both endings of TFU, but I think they were disappointing... :(

@ Merpmod.ning.com and in the bethesda-forum they told us that this is a WIP (work in Progress) so it will change a lot... the first wall (maybe the others, too, I don't know)will be walkable and it sounds like the size isn't defined yet.
there's also a video on youtube; so just visit those sites!!!

I think he can chose the names he wants to have, because it's his mod and it's based on the lord of the rings so the main action and troops will be nearly the same I think....
But when some names of troops aren't the ones, tolkien used, I think there would be no problem... important is just that the main units have the original names(Uruk-Hai, Orc, Rohirrim) and that is just considered...

The helmet just looks like an Uruk-helmet....
The rest of the armour seems to be golden.. So maybe my thoughts are wrong.. :)
