Warsword Conquest

Mod review

An excellent overhaul of the standard game, that continues to grow at a steady pace (for Warband, at least). With multiple changes, tweaks, new systems incorporated, and higher quality models and skins, this mod brings the fantasy world of Warhammer to life.

Yes, there are some teething problems, as with most mods to be fair. But there is still plenty of fun and epic battles to be had.

Prophesy of Pendor

Mod review

Easily one of the best mods available for Warband.

It's frankly unforgiving nature provides a real challenge, that is extremely satisfying when you come out on top.

The world is interesting, with a great custom map, lore, factions, characters and troop trees. Also, unique NPC parties providing (in some cases) a greater challenge than usual.

The CKO (Custom Knighthood Order) is an amazing addition to the game. You simply have to see it for yourself. This alone has provided countless hours of enjoyment while tailoring troops to suit the needs of a faction.

And it just keeps getting better.

SimCity

Game review

Nowhere near as good as it could and SHOULD have been. So many issues and simply not worthy of being called a SimCity game.

Also, why are there no bloody mods here? You can't get some of the best ones (Extra Mega-Towers, etc) from simtropolis due to AdFly being a useless shite (as usual).

Mount & Blade: Warband

Game review

An excellent game with many equally-excellent mods. It's worth buying simply for the mods themselves. Native is a good way to learn the game basics, but very boring compared to what the community has come up with.

A few of my favourite modules, worth having a look at:

Prophesy of Pendor
Perisno
Warsword Conquest
The Last Days
Gekokujo
Phantasy Calradia
Silverstag
Rigale
Floris Extended
