I'm digging the art-style, the custom models and the unique puzzles, however it does seem to be quite a bit on the hard side. I've just received the First-Aid Kit and now I've tried everything and still can't find what to do next.

I actually agree, I've spent many hours in it's games, and valve should develop a new engine. They probably already are.
