In windows you use WinRar or WinZip to do this. after that you get a normal file folder which you have to move in the correct location to be blbe to play.

It was never officially mentioned, but Cozur wrote in the last update that there will be a "surprise event" (or something like that if I remember corrrect) and posted a video/ soundtrack referring to the red wedding.

This might be the reason it is not mentioned in the changelog.

In the TV show it´s after Robb´s death.

In the books Joffrey takes the sword from Ned and hands it over to Ser Illyn Payne.
When Tywin Lennister comes to King´s Landing after the Battle of the Blackwater, he takes it from him and it´s then melted down.
So this happens some months earlier in the books.

Sister are related to Vale, but not same faction, like it is in the books. Perfectly fine with that.

Crackclaw: this area is also quite independent. They are old Targaryen supporters and a little "stubborn".
They belong to the 7 kingdoms, but during the war of the 5 kings (which is the time of this mod) they do not take part on any side. So it´s fine to have them as separate faction.

On top of all this lore reasons: Crackclaw is the perfect area to start your own kingdom :-)
You can defeat them very quickly and they have no allies which would declare war on you immediately.
There are also many towns nearby to sell your loot, so it´s another plus for that area to start your kingdom.

I am not 100% sure but I have never seen it in ACOK, so I think it does not exist unfortunately.

Would be nice though as I also love to change units gear etc. same like you.
