It's possible to run it under WINE, maybe we will release a linux version when we got the chance of getting a GMS copy.

By the moment, there is only local multiplayer. Lorena is working on the online multiplayer as we speak.

As for the "Alpha Funding" tag, the desition on "where" to put each game on desura's web is a desition made by desura admins. They are aware of our situation, and they decided to maintain the tag, and I agree, since users must know this is not a complete game but an alpha.

Finally, as we said before, we really can't tell that the game won't start it's development never again, in fact it can be really soon if things continue as they are right now ;) Never loose hope!

We wanted to thank you all again for your concerns and for caring about us!

As much as we want Pixelry to be on Kickstarter one of its requirements is that you must be an United State citizen for doing so.

Anyways the game has an ending on its own and its very complete (without considering what it could had been!), so you can enjoy a complete and very fun experience even knowing that it will get no more updates (for the moment) :)

For now we are not considering "expanding" the world but too make the "outside world" coming to the city.
The main plot talks about knights coming from different countries to pixelville to take the 5 champions challenge, so we are going to add special characters that will be part of the game, together with a lot more event implemented with the future calendar system. That way the world will be more dynamic and interesting.

Anyways we are going to think about your ideas, they are pretty interesting.

The horse customisation is in its "alpha" stage too. Just as your armor all items regarding equipment on the game will be editable, that means the horse armor and clothes, shield, weapon etc (For the horse cloths we have to think a good system since each horse has a 4 frames animation)

The "lance shattering" system sounds like an awesome idea! We'll think about it.

For now we are not thinking about recording voices since the text may change in the future, but it's also a good future feature!

The custom armor is not implemented yet. The release of the first HD patch only allows you to edit your horse and heraldry.
On the next updates you will be able to customize more things such as weapons and so on.

Obviously we though about making a Kickstarter "fund rising" before but you need to be a permanent US recident with a social Security Number, US Adress, US bank account, US State Issued ID and a major US Credit Card or Devit Card to make one... so it's impossible for us (We are from Spain) :'(

Yeah, you are right Davilink, we are sorry for that but we are sure about the game having a build for linux in the near future.
Since we are alpha we are still working on the porting but meanwhile we know that the game works perfectly well with wine.
