I think this Titan is the better version because the new one looks too overpowered for its firepower. (like a Renault Twingo with two big exhausts and no new engine^^)
Because they have the same firepower, it looks weird to have the mighty standard Titan and the pimped one at one level.
The idea with the upgrade is in my opinion the best solution.

btw: What are the small barrels over the main gun? Coaxial machine guns?

There is a small mistake:
The optio was the deputy of the centurion. The officer with the signum (the standard of the division) was the signifer. He has the fur of the leopard as part of the uniform.

But a nice idea with the Westwood logo on the standard! ^^

Why you don't give a MG to every tank like in the real world? If it's unbalanced and the tanks are too strong then, think about why every army of the world is combined of different types of troops and not only tanks...
Nothing looks more stupid than a tank firing 5 120mm grenates on a single soldier...

I'm also thinking that Tiger isn't the right name for this light tank. Because the Tiger was one of the heaviest tanks in WW2. In my opinion you should choose a name of an animal which is fast and not as big as a tiger. Perhaps "Weasel" or "Raccoon". You also can make a pun when you combine it with reconaissance to "Reccoon"- light Tank.

If Germany, France, Canada etc. were socialistic states, they have been overrun and conquered. And in this case Swiss would also been conquered...
And it's interesting to see Australia together with China, one of the last real socialistic states...

Company of Heroes is a game with a huge grade of realism and it isn't boring. The truth is, with the realism increasing mod "Battle of the Bulge" it is much better. (But that's my opinion!)

Yes, it really looks like the german "Panther"-tank. The Jagdtiger was not only a prototype. There only were not much produced. But it was a dangerous and powerful tank.

Why is it unable to attack ground targets? Nobody would send an AA-unit into battle with nothing against close ground enemies. At least a small anti-infantry gun is necessary. But why isn't it possible to lower the barrels to attack a ground target?

The USSR can be lucky that the NATO uses the M1A2 MBT and not the
Leopard 2A6. These would be a worthy opponent of the T-90!

That's the most annoying thing in every C&C version that the tanks only have a AT-Gun but are extremly vulnerable to Infantry.

Now you can have some real armies and not only small commando-groups...
