Just a question, for the enhanced research mod why can we research the next stacked subject w/ out researching all 4? Do we even have to research all 4 before we get the bonus? Because the next one starts at the max for the previous... like the Trader Laser Amplification, if we research two levels of that plus 4 levels of High Intensity Lasers, will we get the maximum percentage increase?

What is the frequency of Kuat with the second titan bonus appearing? I have played 10 maps and it hasnt popped up yet. Is it an artifact or is it a specific planet?

Yes, both of factions had 4.00 or higher, I can send both save files, the first and second time.

Apparently isn't a one time thing with my system, can't offer ceasefire at 4.00 relationship...

Nope, I'm hoping that it was just a glitch in the gameplay. I also could not offer anything besides trade alliance because 'your relationship with this faction is not high enough'. Really enjoyed the mod anyway though, thanks for making it!

Question, does anyone else have an issue with the diplomacy engine? I could not offer my own pacts until relationship rating of 18.00, and then only the first 2, whilst my hopeful ally did not offer any at all...

Amazing mod, just wish that the weapons on the titans would match the modifications made to the other ships and that the titan abilities would have a different appearance than those of the 6 vanilla titans.

Correction, I am unable to use the cylon faction at all. It appears that attempting to load that faction causes a mini-dump.
