How do I get the HD Weapon models working? (or where can I get them?)

Hey how come the Railgun and Grenade Launcher won't show up in the weapon arsenal on the Zandronum version? If I remember correctly, they were both slightly modified and you could use them in V.16. And yes, I'm using both skulltag_actors and skulltag_data, and I still can't switch to them (though I can pick them up). Are they no longer supported, or is it just me doing something wrong?
