I'm currently exploring Yuzhniy and had to stop ... come over here ... and tell you how phenomenal this work is man! The vanilla Stalker locations set a really high standard for level design and you have matched it. I can't even fathom how long these maps took to develop but ... this achievement has me really excited for the future of Anomaly. So much potential for more bases, NPC's, missions.

IMO, you have just put yourself in the Stalker "Hall of Fame" with Searge, TronX, and Grok. Great work!

Hey Team,

Expedition will load up with no mods.
The moment I try to add "Weird Task Framework" ... using JSGME ... game crashes on load.

The additional tasks that can be bundled with WTF are essential for me.
- Arszi Task Pack
- BaseGame Task Pack
- Community Task Pack
- GhenTuong Task Pack

Any suggestions on how I can get WTF to play friendly with Expedition?

Just wanted to stop by and say that I'm enjoying this mod. During my last few Anomaly playthroughs, without using Dynamic Nocturnal Mutants ... I would upgrade to end game night vision and start doing a lot of missions during that time because of the advantage I had over NPC's in the darkness ... while enjoying the challenge of hunting nighttime mutants and juggling light sources (to look at the PDA, Detector, finding stashes, corpses etc.).

This mod makes the night very chaotic. An axe makes easy work of the Tukashanos but they can be quite distracting if you are engaged with another enemy. I've gotten much better at surviving the bloodsucker mobs but still get wrecked by Chimeras occasionally. While sporting the "Hunter's Backpack" I have enjoyed funding these bullet sprees by selling off the meat to the guy at the Garbage. It's a great gameplay loop.

I'm actually using your previous version of this mod because when I upgraded to the new one I would eventually develop a bug where the error report said something like "red ... fox ... chicken?" missing/spawn/something... (apologies, I should have come here after the crash to be more accurate ... I've added your mod on top of Boss's modpack so it could be any number of conflicts) ... But it would prevent me from leaving an area. So I was trapped. Luckily, reverting to your older version cleared it up and I've been using that happily for hours.

Hey Team,

I accepted one of the tasks where a random stalker asks for an escort to Agroprom. I got the Stalker there, I was paid, the task was removed from my PDA, but the task icon remained on the map and I haven 't received any other requests for "escort services" for awhile. Is there anyway to get this icon off my map and reset the "escort task" dynamic quest system?

Was curious if you have a timeline for when you might share your work.

I downloaded the "Boss Pack" and tried to add IGI's:

... because I really enjoy having a lot of jobs to accomplish.

But I keep getting crashes.

I'd rather hold out for yours instead of troubleshooting how to get extra stuff working with Boss's ...

I'm having trouble understanding the expectations of mod authors.

Mods are creative content.
If a mod author puts a mod on Moddb ... they are sharing their creative content.
They are agreeing to free creative commons.
Agreeing that anyone can download, save, and use their mod.
Agreeing that anyone can use their mod with other mods.

Most players want to play with multiple mods.
Modpacks are collections of mods assembled by experts.
Why do Modpack creators have to get permission to use mods when the authors have already given everyone permission?
Why do Modpack creators need to worry if the author stopped sharing a mod?
Is everyone expected to uninstall and delete a mod the moment an author stops sharing it?

If I made a mod and I shared it on Moddb... I would expect people to use the mod ... in anyway they like ... for as long as they'd like.

I just don't get it. Maybe someone else can explain what I'm missing.

SEV3RE... Fantastic! ... Nice to see that the "Dynamic" guy came around. I was excited to try IGI's stuff and WarfareAlife but since they are incompatible ... which one would you suggest?

1. Will you give us a JSGME load order file?
2. Is it an "all or nothing" type thing?
3. Or ... are you using the new Mod Manager 2?

Will we have the ability to disable/remove mods from your list?

Regardless, I've been waiting for a modpack like this to take shape before starting a 1.5 playthrough ... Excited to get started. Thanks again ;)

I've played Anomaly for hundreds of hours and still have to re-learn the flashlight/headlamp hotkeys each time. Not intuitive but not broken. Xuirot has your answer.

SEV3RE ... I'm hoping that you continue updating this addon pack. A lot of us would rather play Anomaly instead of downloading 60+ addons one-by-one, reading through all their descriptions, patches, exceptions, conflicts, and load orders ... just to watch our games crash over and over again.

These addon-packs help everyone! They give players the best possible experience while saving them tons of time and frustration. They help the Anomaly developers expand the player base. They give modders exposure to more players.

You shouldn't be expected to contact every person who was involved with every mod you include but it's cool that you are trying to. They shared their work here for us to enjoy and you gave them full credit. If someone is feeling offended ... be polite ... remove their stuff ... and stay classy by letting us know which addons you were asked to remove ... and then teach us how to re-include them ... in a way that makes everyone happy.

Stick with it man ... this community needs you.

Hey Boss,

Making more than a dozen Anomaly mods work together with all their exceptions, conflicts, and extras is way above my paygrade. I've tried twice with 1.5 and just gave up after failing to get the game to start. So ... respect.

Was a big fan of the OneRiot Muh Pack and have been waiting for something similar to take shape before starting a 1.5 playthrough. Your pack seems like the 1.5 version of that.

Couple questions. The TraderOverhaul is one of the most popular adddons. The most recent version says it is compatible with B&S. Could it ever work with your pack? I do like it.

Also, I love extra tasks and am curious to try IGI's framework with his modified Task Packs from GT and Arszi. Will IGIs stuff ever be included in your pack? Can I paste them in before/after?

Just wanted to say that your work on Stalker Anomaly is some of the most important for my playstyle. I really enjoy having a wide variety of challenging tasks to guide this sandbox experience. Out of all the mods bundled in "OnegRiot's Muh Immersion Addon Pack 1.5.3" ... Your's made the biggest impact for me. It's really exciting to hear that you are continuing to develop content ... and I am looking forward to seeing what you do next.

So ... I've sunk hundreds of hours into each CoC, Last Day, and Anomaly at their hardest difficulties. I've always tried to stay alive and resented death. In my most recent Anomaly playthrough with the "Muh Immersion Pack" .... I've been trying to conceptualize the possibility of getting through Story Mode on an Ironman playthrough ... and ... I really can't. There are surprising anomalies, cats, or snorks. Merkings of infinite varieties that require a choir of F9's. I just want to give infinite props to anyone who has made any meaningful progress in an Ironman game. Your tenacity, skill, and patience astonishes me Stalker. I will give you my vodka.

Great collection of mods ... Thanks for putting them all together with the load order. I've had no weird crashes or problems at all.

Anything that adds more quest variety to the game is huge for me. Sometimes I feel like the rewards are a touch OP but ... the squads that need taken down can be quite challenging.

I don't like the "Rotten Meat" mod though because of it's impact on mutant part requests. Like ... if someone asks for 9 dog meat ... I gotta harvest 2 to 5 packs of dogs before RNG gives me enough meat ... then with this mod ... it needs run back to the mission giver before 2 days are up. For about 3,000 rubles? Ouch. Meat is already a slow grind, heavy, and only reliably requested by certain NPC's (often in remote corners of the game). It's the only mod I uninstalled.

Aside from that ... everything else enhances and blends seamlessly with the experience that I'm used to ...

Wanted to try Warfare. Started Mercenary in Dead City but there are no traders, mechanics, or important NPC's. Started "Story Mode" and they are there. Is that how it is supposed to work?

Good read! ... It seems like the are focused more on smashing bugs and re-balancing than adding content atm. I've heard that they have some ambitious plans for the future and I'm guessing they would rather have a "stable" platform to build on. That would make sense. Huge respect for this team. Fixing all these little issues does not sound fun to me ... I'm sure that they are excited to get the game in a stable state so they can start getting creative with content updates.

Hello all,

I left a lengthy review for this mod (about) a year ago ... and that playthrough was best summarized by another reviewer as "combat-starved." Are there more spawns now? Spawns for early and mid tier characters? I remember there being about three profitable trade loops that I did ad infimum. Has the economy been improved? I read through the changelog but couldn't get a sense of whether these issues have been addressed. No hate ... I'm asking to see whether I should give this project another spin ... or whether it has only become a more polished version of the same grind.

dwarfplanet … You can use the "1" key on your numpad to cycle through your companion('s) aggression settings. NPC's can't seem to see your companion until conflict is initiated. They will also ignore your companion if you are killed.

"Reinforced plates that last longer but are not more durable."
"Polycarbonate plates don't last long but they're more reliable than Kevlar thanks to improved bullet negation."

I'm confused.
