Getting an error saying “Could not find manifest file in the source directory” any idea what this means?

Hey i was playing the Dawn of the Reapers mod for sins and i saw the titan for one of the factions could deploy a frigate as a strikecraft is that something you could do with the infinity? Like seen in Spartan Ops you could deploy 1-2 Strident frigates as strike craft. Dont know if you could just a cool idea

They look god awful and look like Star Wars or Star Trek
