I make Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption Mods and I also have a really cool YouTube channel called Manda-LORE. I Like Star Wars (Old EU exclusivley), Love Lord of the Rings, and Warhammer 40,000 is pretty neat as well.
With my Clone Wars mod based on the 2003 miniseries, near completion, I thought it might be time to start putting together something that I've been fantasizing about for years now.
Years ago when I asked my self the question: "what am I going to do after the Sub-mod?" I thought of a few different mods for Star Wars: Empire At War, that I could do.
After being extremely disappointed that Republic at War switched from being realism/ Expanded Universe based to based off of Dave Filloni's clone wars series which I despise, I thought of making my own clone wars mod that would essentially be what RaW promised to be back in '07. Based off of the prequel films as well as the old comics, novels, and video games published between the years 2002-2008. the only problem is, everybody and their mother has a clone wars mod for EAW and its getting old.
I got into Warhammer 40K after meeting a few people in highschool & college that played Tabletop as well as the "Dawn Of War" games. After playing these Dawn Of War games, I thought that the only thing that would make these games better is if you had the entire Warhammer universe put out in front of you on a campaign map and you could invade any planet you'd like. And that's where I got the idea for this mod.
No work has been done on this mod yet, I just want to lay intellectual claim to it before anyone else does (there is one 40k mod for EAW but it died like 2 years ago and it was space only)
I Still need:
Modelers (being a total conversion I'll need more than 1)
Extra Mappers
Extra Coders
Extra Skinners
I pretty much need an entire team before I start working on this ambitious project. If your any of those things above and are interested, let me know.
I shall be the first to sign up for Moral Support!
(And ifin' ya need some Orky-voices...)
I may need voice acting in the future
Looks nice
