My names Vincent, from the UK. I create 3D models and animations as an hobby and to further my videogame development skills in the off chance I might one day get into the industry. Been into videogames since the age of 5 or 6 since the old CPC/BBC Micro computer days, and have always wanted to create a videogame. Currently I'm project manager and Lead designer amongst other various roles on the popular Ashura: Dark Reign modification for Unreal Tournament 2004.

Hey, I was wondering, could I apply for a job for A:DR? I'm not good at all at model-making and I'm ok at animating but not the best, I was thinking more in terms of writing the scripts, and being more of an 'ideaist'. Not meaning to brag, but I know about as much about Sonic as Sega/Sonic Team do. Please consider this, because I really want this job. And I work for free :P
We welcome new interaction ideas, and badnik designs in our moddb forum, but the story, scripts, levels and such is already finalized and has been for a long time.
We do not just recruit anyone onto the team.
We need to see a portfolio of your work. If its to a standard that we are looking for then we will consider your application.

Ok, I have uploaded 3 different images that show my work, my rendition of sonic (non textured yet) a tree (which sucks) and an animation of a stick guy waving to the crowd. I also uploaded something I made in newgrounds, its a Green Hill Zone Remix. You have to search on my profile for it, though, because the most recent audio I uploaded was done by a friend. Is that enough, or should I upload more?
I also uploaded my edited intro for SADX. I have to admit, compared to the real one, mine isnt very good. I'd say my work is about average, my vids, my songs, my animations, my models, about what the average guy can do.
