Actually, the player isn't supposed to smash any boxes, which is why the boxes are essentially indestructible. It's possible that some are still around from the original version. The player shouldn't waste time smashing boxes ;)

Yes, for the flashlight hud will be removed.
You don't wear a HEV Suit and can't take one.
A Patch for some Bug's is coming. The Steam Version, when it's working again, will be included this patch.
