Description
*Ajax Thraell in his beskar armor stands across from Nym while Rancor squad stands off to the side eating popcorn, he drops his two rippers and places Fury on the ground off to the left. He draws Vengeance, his beskad, and swings in the air a few times. He was very skilled with this blade, as were most other Mandalorian warriors.
He gets into his combat stance brings his sword close to his body and prepares for the battle.*
Nym is slightly irate at the random appearance of the Namegen family during his deliberations between the chrome troopers and the (thanks to Rogue) recently deceased Branden "Minesweeper" Magister; Nym suspects that he is related to the Namegen family, and sensing their relative in danger, they appeared. Regardless of their motivations, Nym is looking forward to a chance to test Vendetta out. He's also never fought against a Mandalorian that wasn't the Mandalore before; he suspects they're not all of his caliber, and he's curious to see where he ranks with them in terms of skill.
But it's time to stop wasting time. He uncouples Talon and gets ready to fight, settling into his combat stance. His breath slows as he gets ready. Then... he explodes.
The pirate charges forth blindingly fast, covering the distance between the two of them in the blink of an eye; Talon's two blades are a furious whirl, and Ajax's single beskad is knocked aside like a sapling in a tornado; the Mandalorian's only saving grace is his beskar armor.
*However due to Ajax's exstensive training with his beskad he is able to block each swing of Nyms shorter blades to an extent, but he is loosing ground against the furious slashing of the blades.
As Nym continues to swing at Ajax, he activates his rocket boots and propels himself to the right a few feet before turning on Nym and starts swinging with his beskad in a precise and controlled manner.*
Nym's eyes follow Ajax's movements, and when the Mandalorian stops boosting, Nym propels himself forwards with one leg, his right blade thrusting forward with blinding speed, his left blade angled perpendicular to Ajax's shorter beskad.
*Ajax brings his boot up and kicks the right blade away while trying to deflect the other with his beskad and misses by an inch and Nyms blade strikes his beskar armor and manages to almost slice through however the armor holds and his blade bounces off, throwing him off balance.*
Nym lets go of his right blade, allowing it to fly off to the side. His left blade is perpendicular to the beskad, forming a cross; in this way, it's meant as a defensive measure, doing nothing but impeding the opposing blade; it isn't meant as an attack. Nym's right cross, however, is very much meant as an attack, as his closed fist comes across lightning fast; it hits Ajax square in the face.
Under normal circumstances, such a blow would do nothing, as both combatants are wearing armor that would protect them from said attack. However, Nym still has a lot of forward momentum from his jump towards Ajax, and the Mandalorian is on one leg thanks to his maneuver against Nym's right blade. These things, coupled with the force from Nym's left blade on the beskad forcing Ajax back, mean that the punch knocks Ajax clean off of his feet.
Nym stops himself from going further forward and in almost the same motion leaps back towards his right blade, deftly scooping it up; he's ready for round two.

*Ajax is knocked to the floor but quickly recovers and jumps back to his feet reading his blade for another round of attacks. He slowly circles around Nym waiting for him to attack first.*
Ajax can't see it, but behind his opaque visor Nym's grin is feral. This is what he lives for. He charges again, watching the movements and positioning of Ajax's beskad and readying his left blade for a counter, while his right blade launches another powerful thrust.
Suddenly a warship appears, breaking the clouds. One shuttle quickly approaches Nym and Ajax Thraell and passes overhead, returning to the warship.
One heavily armoured warrior leaps out and crushes the ground beneath his boots and fist upon landing.
The warrior, clearly a Mandalorian, walks up to the rest of Rancor Squad. He stares at Nibral for a moment and then suddenly raises a blaster and pulls the trigger, killing Nibral instantly. He tosses him out of his chair and takes his place between Pain and Headhunter.
"Somehow this feels right." Ori'verda says. Saryn nods in agreement while sprinkling maple syrup over his/her popcorn.
*Ajax dodges the blow and keeps his beskad ready to deflect any other strikes from Nym's Blades.
In the mean time Darth Furere, Ajax's son, slowly circles around the two sparring in the middle and keeps his lightsaber ready.*
OOC: this is quite fun
Nym notes for a split second the circling Sith; if he wants to join in, he's free to do so. As his thrust strikes thin air, Nym whirls around; his thrust puts him in a position to turn before Ajax can attack; as he turns, Nym keeps his left blade close to defend against potential attack.
"Boo! That's cheating!" Ori'verda exclaims angrily. He tosses in a cluster grenade.
*Furere shields the grenade in a little bubble using the force as it explodes shielding everyone from the blast.
"No interference!" Furere shouted acting all referee like.
Ajax turns himself towards Nym again and still doesnt make a swing with his beskad knowing full well that if did he would be relying solely on his armor for defense.*
Nym doesn't pay attention to the grenade or the Mandalorian. As he turns and realizes another attack is not incoming, he launches forward again as Ajax turns, this time swinging in a wide horizontal arc with his right blade.
*Ajax catches the blade on the hilt of his own blade and holds it into place, while he does this he swings with his left fist towards Nyms other sword.*
Nym's right blade catches on the beskad, and his momentum forces the blade to the side as Ajax is wielding it with one hand. Nym's left blade thrusts forward, passing the fist and striking first thanks to its length compared to Ajax's fist, impacting the breast breastplate and either piercing it or knocking Ajax back from the force of the blow.
*The chest piece was already weakened and the blow forced it to crack causing Ajax to stagger. He jumped back and suddenly got very focused as he knew this Nym fellow was no easy kill.
He readied his blade for the next strike.*
OOC: are you going to do the stupid super ability of breaking my beskad? :P or try xD
OOC: No.
As Ajax staggers back, Nym presses his advantage. "Faster," he growls in his head. "I can go faster."
His blades move furiously, a whirl of motion near impossible to follow. Nym is no longer thinking, his body acting on its own using patterns practiced to the point where they are instinctual. Ajax doesn't get any time to recover before the next attack.
*Ajax activates his left booster throwing is leg up into the air and catching Nym either in one of his sword hands or his chest, depending on how he blocks it.
Meanwhile Furere continues circling around making sure there are no more interferences.*
The boot passes under Nym's right arm and strikes him right beneath the armpit; his armor absorbs the damage. The same can't be said for Ajax's armor as the humming blade the boot passed under strikes right above the heart, either piercing the armor thanks to the vibration cell or again knocking Ajax back due to his imbalance thanks to his kicking maneuver.
*Popcorn munching intensifies*
Nym's strike pierces Ajax's already damaged combat vest, and Talon's vibration cell wrecks havoc on his opponent's internal organs; thankfully, Nym's aim is precise, and his strike is above the heart, more towards the shoulder; as a result, Ajax's left shoulder is almost completely destroyed, and his arm becomes completely unusable. At the same time, Nym's other blade comes up to Ajax's neck, where it stays, coming to a rest right at the Mandalorian's chin; Talon's vibration cell grinds the armor to a round and smooth dome.
The two fighters stay there, Nym with his blades up and Ajax impaled in the shoulder by one blade and out-maneuvered by the other. The fight is over.
