When I play a ground skirmish or galactic conquest I get Rebel units when I play as the Sith Empire. I haven´t checked the other factions yet does anyone know how to fix this. Could this occur because I have Republic at War installed?

I have a problem, when I start up the mod, the game starts. After that then my pc gives a black screen and says it´s loading. At that moment when I press Home to get to my desktop, I see an exception error. Does anyone know how to fix this?
