Sorry to hear about your visa issues.
I think an update is overdue and would go a long way to reassuring your followers.

Is this game still alive? I have noticed that Crimson Wingzz hasn't been doing dev streams for a while.
As a fellow developer I understand and support the tightening of the project's scope.
However, I was wondering about the long term plan.
For me, the best thing about SAO was an co-op dungeon crawling experience focused on PVE.
Progression in the anime is based on equipment and earned skills.
Mix in some weird creature mobs and some terrifying non-human bosses and that is SAO to me.
Will the final game look anything like that?
This game has been shelved since the KickStarter campaign was not successful :(
Almost a whole year since the last update.
Are you guys still alive?
Nothing about this project for many months.
Any chance of an update by Christmas?
No KS link?
I'm so looking forward to this.
Are you guys still on target for a September release?
Can we drive the car?
It's great you are supporting more than one gender
Nice.
Is it possible to play as a male?
Get on Early Access and take my money. So pumped for Freeman: Star Edge
I know we've been silent for almost 3 months. That's unacceptable.
The project is still moving ahead. We've just had some real life stuff to deal with lately.
We'll clear this all up in the next update really soon.
Thanks! It's gone through some changes since this post and we should have something exciting to show you soon.
Finally some actual combat video. HYPE!
What is the diamond UI for? Skills and Stances?
What you have managed to create here is magnificent.
The gameplay is smooth and seamless and the camera control is just beautiful.
Looking forward to hearing more.
Looks really nice and I'm loving the minimalist UI. UX ftw :)
With all due respect "chunky and basically a bit ugly" is prefect. We don't need to see a polished alpha.
We just want to be part of the journey and watch you grow.
I see both sides here as a gamer and as a game designer. It's not easy.
I agree that it is hard to remain optimistic about this project though.
If you have "loads of new content" surely you can take the time to make some screenshots or record a 30 sec gameplay teaser?
I thought you mentioned in an earlier update that you were privately funded...
It makes sense to focus on the combat mechanics in basic combat and then expand later.
I'd also like to see some dual wield combat with katana and tanto
Hey guys. It's been a while.
Can we get a Christmas update? What have you been working on? Any news on the stable demo you mentioned Devblog #13?
Thanks! I think it is 10x better than before and I'm hoping to make a few more visual tweaks before we go to Alpha early next year.
I think it will eventually come out,but I am concerned that we have not seen any working game mechanics.
Not one single working mechanic and always the promise of "soon".
Still...I want to believe.
Oda Nobunaga? Nice :)
Really looking forward to playing with this.
I do not like this word "soon". It's used all too often and it's value is relative.
max(soon) = 1 month
Oh God. I hate teasers.
I'm excited, but please give us a hint on your Tuesday stream.
Thanks for your kind words.
We're a small studio, but we believe in fairness and diversity. We're pushing to create game with rich and varied characters.
When things start to get serious at Alpha we might have some giveaways.
The plan is to fund the remainder of the project on KickStarter with different reward levels will provide Steam keys and access to Alpha and Beta builds.
