I think this seems to fit Radar, now going to have to implement a 24hr weather cycle for the level and see how it turns out, I did start to make one earlier but but notepad wouldn't save it as an ltx file, neither would notepad++, unless there is a plugin for it :/, The only option I guess is to work on some older ltx file and then port it over to the config folder, oh well a job for tomorrow evening.

If you are on Win7 do this; Control Panel > Folder Options > click "View" tab > untick "Hide extensions for known file types", then click "OK". Now all you will have to do when making a new ltx file with notepad is simply save the file, then change .txt to .ltx ;)
