No, you dont need oficial/original CoP release. Have any installation issue? Try Razor1911 Cop file.

Hi there. Game stuck at "One Quiet Word with Kovalsky" mission. No freeze/crash, just the dark screen previous to Detyarev/Kovalsky chat but no chat, no movement, no backpack, no nothing. Only game sounds and dark screen. Have to open Task Manager to get back the desktop. All patches and fixes installed. Game tip top until this mission. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
