Basically you can recruit them in skyrim, if you cant, then its not implemented yet

if you rly want legionaries then you can make them recruitable in descr_building, like me

well there are multiple ways:
as for me i weakened the daedra units to 17 max damage, but they doesnt disappear from this, it just make it more enjoyable and balanced. For this you just have to go to export_desc_unit and change some numbers

if you want to remove them: go to data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\ then open up the campaign_script.txt and find the historic_event oblivion_come. Now you just need to delete the unit spawns, theoretically if you just leave 1 unit then you dont need to do addittional stuff

because while doning fine tuning i started taking interest in modding. So now basically i spend more time at the desktop, rather than playing :D

You have to get narsis, balmora, aldruhn, blacklight, kragenmoor, ebonheart castle, sotha sil, mournhold, necrom, firewatch, vivec, ghostgate, sadrith mora, telvanis +build ingenium, but the script is not yet fixed, so it isnt possible to unite morrowind

Is morrowind kingdom fixed too?

the crisis usually starts near the 80th turn for me

I'm currently at T160 with Tamriel Empire and i think this mod is awesome, so keep up the good work!

otherwise pls tell me what are the "certain conditions" for morrowind kingdom or it is even possible to make it, because i rly want to try it but i dont want to waste like 10 hour for nothing

The Oblivion Crisis is a very good challenge, except it kills off every faction without any defeats and the only chance of surviving is using the OP mages
Oddly enough the light legionaries also killing them off at city defense although idk why
