This. Looks. Too awesome. Playing through this mod will be a real treat, I can tell you that! It gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling seeing some of the models in there that I mashed together.
This really makes me wish there was a way to slap more head variety into the npc models and it working without having to mess with code. Unless I'm missing something.

This looks absolutely gorgeous! It looks and feels great. The way things are built up in here and the usage of textures are really inspiring. The lighting and mapping please my eyes. I don't know about everyone else but this looks, in my opinion, very cozy.
Although there will be no coziness as I get my face blasted off by a shotgun!
This looks sweet, Togra! Great job! The Black Ops models look great too! If I remember correctly your models didn't have fingers, so that's a great thing you added them.
There's one thing I don't quite like in the second picture. See, the door at the left - the concrete walls seem very thin, don't they? I'd suggest making them thicker. Something like adding additional 8 units of concrete to the left and right just so it does not look like the door is sliding into a few inches thick wall.
But hey! If you don't want to that's perfectly fine, looks good either way!
I hope this will be the main menu screen. It's too good not to be used.

Looking at how this is WIP, please don't forget to push the door a little into the wall. I tend to forget things like these myself.
Other than that the area looks great! One would not think this is WIP. That's how good this shot looks.

I really like this room a lot. But you might want to tone the white light down so the green, yellow and blue light get more space. Left is only some nitpicking: some concrete textured ceiling faces are not properly aligned, but that's it!
I love this. Looks so well done! Liking the lighting and design, detailing is great too and I always like to see tidy textured environments.
It's still WIP, I know. And therefore I suggest the following: more decal detailing. E.g.: smaller blood splatters along the wall/ground indicating the victim was either trying to escape while hurt, was being dragged along or was trying to fight with bare hands but took a few swings of the zombie claws and the blood splattered on the wall/floor.
And in my opinion, the big blood pool decals belong on the floor. They kinda don't look right on the wall.

This looks so awesome. I really have only 2 suggestions and thats it. The first suggestion is that this could use a few vent grates and the second is that this could use 1-2 electronic carts.
It really feels like Black Mesa in my opinion.
This looks very nice! I like the shadows and the mixture of colors on the wall next to the vending machines. I love how you keep the design simple yet detailed and I love how you pay attention to the textures to keep it clean.
It might be just the angle but I think the trash bin should be in a corner (if it isnt already) and not cover the window. In the aesthetical and logical aspect, it probably isn't a good idea to put such a big trash bin where the food is served. Perhaps you might want to make your own trash bin.
One or two vent grates in the ceiling or on the wall (however you like).
The light on the far left could be off, so the vending machine lights could get more space.
That texture fits the window, but I don't think it really fits the door. If you want to have it like in Half-Life, you might want to use this texture: "babtech_dr4". It was used in the cantine in the "We've got hostiles" chapter. Or, because this is a white clean looking room, you might like textures the same style like for example: "lab1_door7", "c1a0b_dr1a".
Also, maybe a pinboard or two.

Damn this looks awesome. It has that sweet classic feel. Eyecandy in my opinion. I don't know what's here to improve. Maybe some electricity boxes in the corners each with one small red brush emitting weak red light. Just to have more light variations.
I like the lighting and the different texture alignment on the pipes is a nice touch.
Liking the test chamber a lot but maybe it would be better if some faces of the interior of the test chamber would have a texture resembling a device emitting some sorts of waves to analyze the composition of matter from the object in the chamber. I recommend using textures of the same type used for the chamber.
Now for some logical aspects which I like to pay attention to. Since thats a lab where strange matter is being tested there could always be the danger of the matter reacting violently and breaking the test chamber which would leak potential toxic gas. So in order to prevent the concentration of gas in the air and prevent any further containment breaches, a few vent grates for the room and a grate texture for the ceiling of the chamber too, resembling the emergency vacuum system or so, could be nice.
The parts of the windows where the glass touches the wall structure could use a texture like this: "lab1_trim3" or so just so the glass doesn't end abruptly in the wall.
And of course two chairs for the scientists.

I like this area very much. Maybe some vent grates on the walls and a few pipes going along the ceiling to fill the empty spaces a little. Nicely done otherwise!
This area, in my opinion, has such a nice feel. You might want to consider putting a bench or two if you haven't already.
It, perhaps, would be a good idea to make the black light cables thiner. Otherwise, I'm liking this a lot. Great job!
