Sorry for the delayed response, but I haven't worked on this in some time. Sadly, the things I was working on for the next update were lost when my hard drive fried, and I lost motivation to work on this. Perhaps some day I shall revisit it and work will resume.
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, but I as far as I know you can't spawn them in, but it's entirely possible that I'm wrong. You could always insert them into the levels using the editor.
Have you tried disabling bump mapping in-game and then trying to use UnrealEd? This may keep it from crashing.
I wouldn't recommend it. They could clash with each other and cause issues. But feel free to try it if you wish.
You have to open one of the custom maps I provided to use the custom weapons. There are instructions in the readme file. I will eventually add the weapons to the campaign, but for now just use the custom maps.

The map in the video is impressive... most impressive.
Everything is proceeding as I have forseen.
Why are there no mods? Or anything, for that matter?
This mod should not be called Battlefront III Legacy just because it has assets from Battlefront III in it. You don't see me writing "Battlefront III" all over my stuff just because I'm using BFIII assets.
I remember Free Radical's trailer showing of Starkiller base in Battlefront III. Wait a minute...

Why is TFA nastiness in a mod that is supposed to be Battlefront III?
Make sure you are using the "pickup" version if you are trying to put it on the map.
Oh yeah, that. I know what you mean now.
Did you make this texture and everything yourself?
Can I ask what you used to make this mod?
First of all, this is the wrong version, I have a new version available now. The instructions for playing the maps are included in the readme file. Yes, it's possible to put weapons into the campaign, but you must have knowledge of UnrealEd to do so. I will be putting them in myself in a future release.
