This is a work-in-progress mod for adding custom weaponry, textures, models, levels and characters to Republic Commando. Formerly known as the Custom Weaponry mod, it is now going to be much more, because I am seeking to expand my borders with new content to appeal to all. Troika focuses on three main concepts: weaponry, characters, and multiplayer.

So I copied and pasted all the files, but the readme said at the bottom to copy and paste the Firing_Range.ctm maps into the maps folder... but there was no firing range map in the zip folder when I downloaded it. Where can I get a firing range map?? And is there a way where I can use a console command to get a specific weapon (like the lightsaber)?

Thanks for commenting about the maps, I have no idea how, but they were somehow removed from the zip file. It has now been fixed. As far as using a console command for cheating in custom weapons, I think it may be possible, but I don't know how to do it. All of my working weapons are in the custom maps though, and I will eventually put them into the campaign.

You seem to be doing a pretty good job so far. What are your current priorities with your mod right now? More guns? Making the lightsaber look better?

For the moment, I want to make more guns, and tweak the existing ones, but I will want to improve the lightsaber's appearance in the future, as it is somewhat ugly.

Do you think it would be possible to make it so when you use the lightsaber you have the option to go third person, or would that be too difficult and buggy? Also i suggest you work on the animations for the lightsaber before making it look better cuz the lightsaber already looks decent but the animations aren't that great. One final thing; when can we expect a new update to the mod? It's been more than 2 months.

Yes, third person is possible, but it will be somewhat hard to aim when using it. As for animations, I'm going to learn how to do those but it may be a while. And to answer your question about an update, the reason I haven't had one for a while is because I haven't been able to work on this, however I am going to resume work very soon, so hopefully it won't be too long until an update.
