Guys, you don't need to be so defensive about Sven Co-op. We don't mind another team making a co-op mod, we do not have a monopoly on them!

We're not releasing unfinished or unskinned things. Should point out that Gordon there is a screenshot from inside Maya, not rendered.
There's a lot more very cool things but they're not quite ready (Mostly unskinned right now) so you'll have to wait :P
Nothing to do with Valve, these were made by the Halflife Improvement Team as stated. They all have the same sized heads, it's a composite shot from HLMV so the angles and zoom are different. It would be pretty dumb for us to make fantastic models but with missized heads yeah? :P
I wouldn't count "planning" as making a mod so perhaps that lead to some confusion, yes we have been doing some design work and talking over gamplay ideas but only in a very, very general way as we just don't know what is possible. The mod will only really start when the SDK is available.
You don't, which is why you won't see anything until the game is released (Or the SDK comes out). This is only confirmation that we will make it.
My aim was a bit off, that's all, honest! :rambo:
It's not MY fault if barney stands in front of my spade! :ninja:
Major problems with doing a conversion are:
* The code. We can't have backtracking with Halflife in multiplayer, which means levels have to be redesigned. We also have to merge They Hunger and Sven Coop code together.
*Level design. Things are easily to design around one person, but with multiple people you can do things such as forming towers to climb over walls, have people in the wrong place at the wrong time etc... We have to remake things to keep the players where we want them to be.
There are several other things we have to deal with, but just these two require a large amount of time and a lot of effort to do.
