Whilst some may disparage this is a mere expansion, and not worth it's full price, I'd contend it is a great game, full of depth and enough og a time sink to justify the price. It takes everything great from the last game, adds things that needed adding. There is also plenty of new content, units/nations etc. As is commonly known for dominions games you shouldn't buy it looking for graphics. That said despite using basically the same engine a significant amount the old blurry unit icons have been redone to a much higher standard and this makes a surprisingly big difference to enjoyment for me. The game may not be completely perfect but given that I'm likely to get at least 500 hours of playtime in it wouldn't seem right to not give a 10/10 to Dominions 4.

A long time favourite, easy to learn tough to master and all the regular comments that come with such an in depth game. The sheer amount of time I have played this game speaks for it self and this game deserves nothing less than a 10/10 from me.
