A re-install over the top of your files should do the trick, it should put the maps back in your directory with the other base files, without harming any saves/mods etc.

I have the dreaded 99% download issue with Desura. So, since its client only for the moment, I only have only 99% percent of 4.01. The game still runs so I'm just waiting for it to freak out over whatever the missing 1% is haha. Still fine after 4ish hours of playtime so it can't be too important...
