nvm about all that, feel stupid now =) although i dont know what is up with the launcher, also it is a batch file that i have to use to launch it.

i don't know if its supposed to be this way but i have to launch rotr through my generals directory and when i do the only factions i have are Usa, gla, china, and russia. usa, gla, and china are the vanilla factions and they do not have the zero hour additional units and buildings.
