You don't. You unzip it to the Torchlight II\PAKS directory.
Just a heads-up: If you have the Steam version, you have to kinda sneak in the back-door to play with this--start TexMod, navigate to the actual Divinity2.exe, then choose which tpf files to add. If you try to so it through Steam, SecuROM goes ballistic.
They've already made the official announcement, and that's that...
Yeah, it's called character development and story... :) Gotta love em!
