Total Mayhem isnt dead. Its on hold for a while. I know its been a long time since an update, and it will probably be a while before the next release. :)

The mod is installed in the wrong folder.
Make sure the modInfo.lua is located in \\supremecommanderFA \mods \ TotalMayhem \Modinfo.lua
and not \\supremecommanderFA \mods \mods \TotalMayhem \Modinfo.lua
Hmm, i dont remember any experimental naval units. Hehe. The other issue is a crash on your computer, if you play on big maps or on a slow computer the game can stall :)

Desyncs happen because your mods are different.
There is one simple fix to this problem. Delete the old TotalMayhem folder in \\mods\, and reinstall Total Mayhem on both computers.
The desync is probably caused because of a bad install on one of your computers, usually people install new versions of Total Mayhem by overwriting the old folder with an older version, this causes desyncs.

Ive not finished the UEF flying thing yet. I will try to include it. The Exemplar stays the way it is, its main weapon is so powerful that I cant make it have any more armor than it already has. Try using different tactics :P Ive won many matches with an exemplar, all you need to do is surprise the enemy with it.
