Will this mod work if I try loading an old save?

When it begins raining in one section of the world and you transition to another, the rain sound effects don't carry over. Not really a big deal but it's kind of weird.

Also I've noticed that the yellow crosshairs on the PDA sometimes stick when there's no quest related to it. For instance, I've had Wolf's Scouts and Entrance to Lab X16 sitting on my PAD for a while and I've got a feeling they're not going away.

Other than these two mild hiccups, the mod is ******* amazing. Great work, Holden and clan.

I'm pretty sure LURK isn't working for me. I dragged the gamedata folder into the Stalker folder of Steam and the menu says LURK, but it doesn't look any different than vanilla SoC. What's a surefire way to tell if it's actually in effect?

Also, my motion blur won't work. I have -mblur in the launch settings and when I type r2_mblur 1 in the console, nothing happens. Just the same ol' ****.

Any help?
