My launcher just disappears wen I click the launch sp or Multiplayer buttons!!! Plzzz Help!!

I have a problem, can I get some assistance please.
When ever I get to the Cross fire 1.82 launcher a message pops up saying Runtime Error '53'
File not Found: CF_CL.dll
Can you guys help me out?

All you have to do is try and download it a couple of times and it'll run through all the way.. sorry but theres no shortcuts, plus 1.82 is worth it!

I hope this mod works.. I couldnt even get 1.7 to run it was fighting me the whole time, then I read some comments and OP said something about 1.7 not being suppportted and that the new version should be downloaded, I was so angry that i wasted my time.. 2days! Its not anyones fault tho, I just think mods are hard to work with :[ Hopefully this proves me wrong

How'd you stop that "Error: problem activating 'Crossfire Mod 1.70 Client Edition' Look in the log for more details. Do you wish to restore backups?(strongly recommended)" thing from showing up?

Im having trouble activating the Crossfire 1.7 mod in the FLMM 1.31.
Everytime I highlight the CF mod and click activate, it says ----
Error: FLMM has determined that 'Crossfire Mod 1.70 Client Edition' won't properly activate.
Error: file 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Freelancer Mod Manager\EXE\freelancer.ini' doesn't exist
Can I get some advice
P.S. im running XP not... VISTA!! Eww lol

When I click the Download button on this page, the window that says Run, or Save, or Exit shows up but when I click Run, I disappears and nothing happens. I'd appriciate some advice, please and thank you.

Im tryin to get into the world of modding because I found out that there was a group of people who were still playing Freelancer, the coolest space PC game ever!! Instead I found out that people making new versions of the game itself! When I saw that, I knew that in time I'd be Modding myself^^
