Hey, would you mind if I tried to add this as a skin to my Postal 3 Beta Faceposing Dude mod?

How on earth do you modify the game? Does this go through an emulator?
The game has little to no mod support. That'd require new scripts entirely, which is a little too much too add to the game. Besides, the game's clearly made to be played with KB+M based off my console experience, and KB+M has never had vibration. It's not that big of a loss.

How do I use this?
Method 2 won't work, and when I restart after Method 1, it doesn't keep my resolution :/
3 dude or 1&2 dude
I found them. They were in some kind of library windows has titled "saved games". They were in the same directory as DOOM's, but in an RDDOOM3BFG folder.
How do I convert saves from this game back to the steam game?
Where are saves located for the mod? I noticed saves don't transfer to the mod.
