No, it is not finished. I did realize this after playing. It is still a beta. There are only a couple new units. But the new units are impressive once you find them.

It is impressive so far. I mean just a couple new units. But they are very different from other units. I feel like the air units are kind of like floating versions of the trishooting mutant in TibSun. Very interesting. They are a little big but it makes some sense since they are loaded with weapons. As for balancing I like the idea of them being very expensive and very weak. If they were cheaper and had a harder hull than maybe only one should be available. But this is kind of cool in that they are fully self sufficient weapon platforms. It would be nice to see veteran that allows for either self heal or speed or something. The weapons are powerful. Using many is a good plan and setting them all to be aggressive will cause them to launch a massive strike using all their weapons.

The couple of units are very interesting though. I like the idea of a weapon that can float and that can target air and ground. Balancing side is okay because they are powerful but a couple direct hits and those things blow up. Plus they are expense. Good when using a great number of them. I also like they can fire at multiple targets.

You need to get launchers for Origin. Because launcher gets replaced.

Remember that sometimes the simplest way to destroy something is not a super weapon but just a few pieces of plastic explosives. HINT HINT.

I also tested it to seen how far my commando could go and it is possible to destroy most of NOD. Not all of it well before you even have your MCV sent in. It is not possible to get into the GDI base. You can't do much damage to the Scrin because their energy weapons are more powerful with single blasts and will kill a commando. But it is possible to take your command inside the NOD base if you are very sleek. Basically the commando CAN destroy two Obelsks of light but three is too many and space is too far apart. But once you figure out a way in you can destroy their refinery and many of their weapons and their technology tree. You can cripple NOD over all. You just have to take a lot of time to carefully learn how to destroy the lasers and then topple the towers by the lasers so the Obelisks won't regenerate!

You must use the vein monster! RRRRAWWWAR. It is the most powerful of all super weapons in my opinion.

You can use my write up for a video if you need it. Just for your information. It is fair use and educational.

I tried to write up and entire walk through for origin based on your help! Thank you again so much! I will be trying it soon. I opened it and the game opened all the way to the campaign. So, it looks like it works and stuff. At least it opens and isn't broken!

Thank so much for the new information. I will do a step by step process on how-to for Origin. If I make a mistake please comment. I will try to be a full winded as possible.
First Download the game through Origin if that is where you have it from. This will only work for Origin as far as I know but could work else where. Once you have downloaded the game open it and make sure it functions correctly. Now exit out of the game. Go to Bibber's Website EU and download the needed launchers. If the site is offline try to find the launchers. They will be called cnctuc_launchers. Run the program and it should work right out of the box. If it doesn't you will need to follow the special included instructions. Always be careful what you get from the internet! Also, the launchers are safe and have their own execution and once you do it you won't need to do it each time. The launchers are far superior and older normal versions. You will need the special launcher or you won't be able to activate the mod. Please see instructions else where about this as it would be too complicated to explain.
Once you have the launchers click through to the game and you will see new launchers! Some are a little broken because of the game creators and not the good people who put them together e.g. missing some buttons.
Now go into your DOcuments and click your CNC3 folder in there. If it doesn't exist please look up how to make the folder but it should be there once you opened the game. Click through that folder and if there is no Mods folder make one called Mods and put the main mod file in its entirety into that Mods folder(The package should be a folder with a couple files. Just put the entire mod folder into there)
Now onto the husk. First you will want to go to find where your origin games are stored. They should be in x86 or maybe just the regular Program Files in your MAIN drive which is usually your C: drive but could be another label. Find Command and Conquer 3 TW and KW in your Origin Games folder. Open that folder. Open Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars folder and find the CNC3_english_1.9.SkuDef. Open that into notepad using the more options button on the prompt that pops up and clear everything by deleting it in its entirety. Now go into the cursor pack and find CNC3_english_CnC5.SkuDef. Open that into notepad and copy everything and paste it directly into the CNC3_english_1.9.SkuDef notepad. Once you have copied the files Save As ad click "save as ALL FILES down at the end of the text box you type the name in. Should be a drop down menu. Just remember to save as all files. It might not matter but it is preferred always to do so when you really don't know what the file type might be. Once that is done...
Copy the CnC5V2016 folder and the CNC3 Application file(which should have a little special icon and file type should be Application) into the folder that contains the CNC3_english_1.9.SkuDef that you just edited. Overwrite the destination files. And it will go! Ignore all the language files from the cursor pack as you will have already copied the files to your native pack. Good luck! Cheers. If something bad happens I am not responsible. But nothing bad should happen except you might need to replace a couple files if you fudge
up.

I will though say that it did open and seem to work. I just couldn't play because I couldn't see the cursor. So it does look neat! I just can't play lol

I'm not sure where to put the cursors in with Origin. The Forgotten total conversion works. Other big names works. The cursor pack itself is the direct cause of making it completely unplayable. Can you release one without special cursors. If the cursors were standard than the game would work in Origin and probably also Steam I would presume. It is because Origin and Steam though they have all the files that are needed are different in layout.
