Quick question. What file contains faction reputation rewards? Should be in scripts, can any one point out the right one?

I have found 12 expert tools so far. Not one basic or advanced. Is it safe to say "its not working as intended"?

Can i update ver 1.9 to 2.0? Fresh install would be a problem for me since my copy of Freelancer is mia and corrupting a game is not an option.
