You're very welcome -Grimlock-, it was my sincere pleasure to give the team the credit it deserves as it's almost a crime that they don't get enough! I agree, OFS clearly shows a master level of work and attention put into making it stand out and against the most popular Generals mods and this benefits its overall enjoyability. ;) My fingers are also crossed for another update at some point, and that more people will appreciate how amazing the first beta is, and its potential to be even better once the issues are addressed.

Wow, I've been away from the Generals modding scene for over a year now and I'm surprised, yet very grateful you and your team are still working on this! :D Till this day, it's one of the best mods I've ever had the pleasure to play that wasn't the mainstream ones like Contra or ROTR with some unique aspects that couldn't be matched! Keep up the amazing work guys and thanks again for keeping things rolling. :)

Hey! Thanks for replying, I know I commented before about the AI and honestly, I take it all back since I've seen just how difficult it is to build AI from the ground-up, let alone edit it. There's no need to worry about it anymore, I've had some great matches against Hard Red Army, SOCOM and Medium GLA Fortress Gen (Hard version isn't working properly). :) Now, I'd rather you guys focus on adding the other generals, balance and other necessities that you all deem worth the time. I really love this mod, it's very stable compared to other beta release mods, let alone first releases! All the best for you and the team!

Hey don't worry about it, just like you said they'll possibly release patches that sorts everything out. If you noticed, a lot of elements such as vehicles and building have the wrong/mismatched name, so they may rename everything and sort out what else needs attention when possible. :)

Sorry, it's a typo where I meant to say "I was playing as China, and when infantry...". Just the 3 factions available in mine like everyone else.

You're not the only one, I'm experiencing all of these things too, plus lag (I'm on a laptop, but other HD mods play much smoother). The gameplay is certainly unstable right now, I was playing as China infantry and when enemy infantry approached my gattling defenses and vehicles, they were just running through them fine, but rockets kill them fast (?.?) lol. Still, all of this can be excused for a first beta release, but the mod is admittedly unplayable until these things are sorted out.

Much agreed, I've played all those other mods and more, yet this one even as a first beta is actually better than them, visual and gameplay-wise. The only thing I want, like many is the AI to be more balanced out amongst all the factions, only the Red Army seems to have the most complete AI for all difficulties, followed by the GLA Fort general. I see so much potential in this mod and really have faith in the team to at least release another version at some point. :)

Open your INI.ZH file with FinalBIG or Dragon Unpacker, find GameData.ini and extract it. Place this extracted copy in your Data\INI folder (create it if you haven't) then open it with any text editor you use. Search for the line " MaxCameraHeight" and change it to a higher value (500 is the best for me, but it depends on you), save the changes and exit.

If you already have an edited GameData.ini with this zoom hack, then go inside the mod's big file and search for its one and do the "MaxCameraHeight" edit there. Hope this helps. :)
