I'm guessing it cannot extract the Animations?

If it doesn't, I figured, JonWils W3X Extract couldn't do it either.

As mentioned everywhere animations cannot be extracted until now.

My chunks dont show up in the W3x viewer. What am I doing wrong?

Dunno. Best way is to make a new w3x file where you include all the extracted w3x and texture xml files. Then open this new w3x file with the W3X Viewer.

Oh and you might have to change the shader used by the model because C&C4 shaders don't work with C&C3 and the viewer.
