I want to give my feedback. dunno if the dev gonna see.

-survival aspect should be harder. im on master and im waaaaaaay over supply. im sitting of the pile of medkit and food. and character is barely eat and drink. supply should drop for less and character should consume more.

-fast travel. really need it. but with restriction ofcos. like you have to pay for service and it only take you to a few locations. if the quest revolve around travel back and forth. the game need it.

-gear progress need some improve. like. player and enemy progress to rifle too fast when player is still on light armor(jacket and sunrise). in result, you get two-shotted for a while. but as the game progress to the bar and agropram area. from my experience, if you questing and farming enough. you easily make 80k and can make a jump from sunrise to exo in early game(buy it from smuggler). witch is kinda broken. my suggest is. should made Medium armor available very early and heavy armor lock up until later game.

-need more live in the zone. area should be more populate. more bandit and military roaming or put up a road block. feel too lonely, got nothing to shoot at and get shot from. and this one of the reason that im over supply and can made money too fast in early game. no fight = barely use med supply and ammo so i sell it.

and befiore anyone will say "leave it to modder to make addon for that" f*ck that. i want a standalone mod come in a good package. not like Anomaly that you have to put 100+addons on to make it feel balance and complete.

Are you gonna make player model to go prone?

bocs this look cool but useless unless you "correct" camera position or player model.

in "low crouch" the camera go lower than your actual model, trick you to think you are going prone. you can see it from your "self shadow".

and will leave you wonder why you still getting shot while you think you go prone low enough to fully hide behind low cover.

and should show the actual name of the receipt item(like Engineering manual 1st edition not that basic part1 )

Found something off about Butcher trader.

his zone-produced menu happen to be highest price.

second by purified.

then raw meat.

and stewed is the cheapest. yes, even cheaper than raw meat.

it should be. purified > stewed > zone-produced > raw meat isnt it?

is this work as intended? can someone look into this?

-----did some further test. i spawn 3 (zone-produced , stewed , purified)menus from the same meat and sell to flea market trader. and those 3 item have the 'correct' price when you buyback.

Understandable from your angle. but my point still stand. that mechanic worsen the already **** Anomaly's progression.

i never ask for easy progression or skip anything. i just want some something to "fill" between starting pistol and first new rifle. and pick up a bad condition gun and use it as a make do weapon is fine by me.

but still im very grateful for that you gonna make it optional. i couldnt ask for more.

oh hey. i like that knife balancing by the way. im always feel cheese when i stab a guy in skat armor and he die in 2 hit.

Here's my feedback about that 'Barrel condition now affects ammo damage and penetration' mechanic.

i strongly suggest to remove it. or atleast tell me how to remove it.

i dont know where you get this idea nor test it yet. but let me explain what is going down.

-25% sig550. with 'deform' barrel. can not kill target in leather jacket in 10 rounds. body shot. good FMJ. point blank-

you said this addon will try to balance both realistic and gameplay balance. but that mechanic ruin both.

on realistic side. bullet remain LETHAL even after shot from red-hot deformed barrel. not turn it into foam dart firing from nerf gun. (watch those 'meltdown Xgun clip in YT). hell, even in WW2 german design a gun to shoot with 45degree curved barrel.

on gameplay side. this made early new game in 'survivalist' progression unnecessary waaaay harder than it should be. when you start with just pistol, you know it and i know it, what we should do is use that pistol to kill some enemy and pick a broken, low rate of fire weapon like shotgun , mossin and use it as a 'make do' primary weapon until you save up enough to buy new gun. while you have to deal with weapon that jam every 2-3 shot but still can kill enemy better than starting pistol nonetheless.

but with that barrel mechanic. you stick with only pistol until you got enough money to buy new long gun. you forbid from using any pick up gun. really, you think you gonna find a dropped gun that have barrel in above red condition in early game?

i dont understand what kind of gameplay balance you want to achieve with this feature. heck, this is your own description of your addon:

now you cannot. just as i said your 'bad condition gun' has turn into nerf gun. you add a feature that ruin what you are trying to do with the addon.

please. consider.

and if you really want to implement immersive feature aboth gun part condition. i can give you better idea right now. like bad barrel should decrease gun accuracy for example.

Hey man, you **** something up in 'grok_bo' script

now shotgun cant deal dmg anymore. it can stag but no dmg.
and only happen to, as far as i can tell, shotgun. happen to all of 3 shell type.

i still have 1.6.0. so i patch it back to older version and issue is no more. after i try to narrow down which file cause this. is that 'grok_bo' script

but the other gun type is fine, as far as i can tell.

Hmm. i found something interesting after played with 2.1

if you enable Arszi's thirst mechanic in MCM. you should set water needed per day to 4.

reason. if 4 liters of water is normal requirement per day and + 2 liters with high exercise/combat regime.

that extra 2 liters needed should come from Arszi's thirst mechanic. (water loss from sprinting and blood loss)

like, if we spend the day jocking around and dont do anything much. we should not need that extra 2 liters since we dont exercise much.

but if we sprinting around all day and loss bodily fluids via blood loss from combat. (high exercise/combat regime.) this extra water needed will combine with normal 4 liters requirement per day. and will make water intake per day more dynamic , natural and balance the more you active, the more water you need to drink.

Cool idea for this addon. but....... it really break food economy. it made low tier cooking tool obsoleted.

like this:

i want to eat fat bacon>

1.with zone produced receipt
grill the meat for free at campfire and drink 2 portions of water to counter radiation.
- you only pay for 2 portion of water cost.

2.with stewed receipt
-you cook with cooking tool. consume fuel item. use 2 portion of water in cooking. in result radiation in your meal will cut in half. drink 1 portion of water to counter radiation
- you pay for cooking tool , fuel and 3 portion of water.

so whats the point of use cooking tool or cook food in stewed version?

even if you decrease the amount of water you drink to counter radiation or dont drink at all. option 2 will still cost you and option 1 will be totally free meal.

Hey. i have some tweak for you.

standard medkit should stop bleeding a little instead of cure radiation. (well, what kind of medkit didnt have bandage) i think it more balance and make more sense this way.

so i swap the line and give bleeding restore value 0.003

i take the value from Arszis Radiation Overhaul.

Ok. after i tried 0.10 value on **** ton of bandits.

i think 0.10 is OP. buckshot can kill exo in 3-4 shots at point blank, canter of mass shot.

so i try to adjust it and found sweet spot around 0.05 - 0.06

at this 0.05 value, buckshot can kill light armor target (heavycoat , LCsuit , sunrise) in 3 shots, center of mass. and exo in 7-8

and 0.06 will be fair game. light armor target will down by 2 point blank shots just like the player in the same amount of armor.

Agreed. buckshot is useless against human target that wear anything above leather jacket. even light armor like heavy coat and LC suit will take 4-5 shot to bring down. it should have a little bit of pen to counter this.

About buckshot vs light armor target. need some tweak.
it take like 5-6 shell at point blank to kill bandits who wear LC suit or heavy trenchcoat. its umimmersive as hell to shot someone at point blank and no damage has been done.(i enabled HP bar) sure it cant penetrate soft body armor but but the blunt force damage is no different from getting hit by sledgehammer.

ok. tried it. good concept. but unbalance as hell.

sure im agree with that vanilla anomaly turn artefact into crap. but this addon is overdone with artefact's ability, its waaaaay too powerful.

like many of them have 4-5hp regen , 30-50%stamina regen + up carry weight or bleed healing or ballistic resist 3-4 time thicker than kevlar plate.

and the result is, armor meta shift toward armor that have more slot.

why wear skat-9 while you can have SEVA that can have 10+hp regen + ballistic resist equal to exo + can run forever because of 5 artefact stack in that 5 slot.

good concept really. but it need a big nerf.

this mod still didnt fix some bug from vanilla game. example that upgrade scope bug.

any gun that have build-in scope and can upgrade it, and u upgrade scope power "first" and it work, its zoom longer. but then u put another upgrade in and scope power revert back to default.
