Never Tried it! I knew about that after the "Another World" Map

Help! The intro suddenly stops (Gman Generator)
then it turns black then I see a grunt and a dead scientist at max brightness!

I changed the subtitles the easy way.
1. At the menu select the button with the flags.
2. A window will pop-up then click English then OK
3. Resume the game... YAY! English subtitles!

I tried the posertool but its still to buggy (it kills people) for me.
I was wondering...
what is the appropriate Video mode for this game?

The reasons why this mod is maybe dead...
1. Ranger's last contact with this mod is jan. 10 2010, and HLMODER
doesn't add comments or updates for a long time. They are both not answering questions.
2. The Last video (Falling animations) are from nov. 29 2009, while ranger said he is going to make a trailer and he took to long.
3. Even though they go to school but they should have a little time to say the mod is still alive
4. They haven't confirmed if valve answered their call for help to make the 512 entity limit infinite
5. Why did they released a source code? because they want us to code it right?

I know this mod is temporarily DEAD! and ressurect when Valve answered your emai but...
will you upload the stuff you do like the tripod, the content manager , the maps, the ragdoll style death animations and everything that people say is "nice" and "good work!"

I got questions because this mod is not working for me
Steam or non-steam?
What vers. of half-life?
What video mode?
Resolution?
Fmod version?
Any other way to fix this?

Here's my problem:
When I start the game it goes black but when I spawn monsters,They attack me while I can't see.
I tried to change video mode to software, I can see everything but the menu is broken and even the menus in game. No words are written.
I used Steam and Non-steam half life(Pacsteam and WON)But the
error of WON is different, once I start the game it crashes to the desktop.
Please Reply ASAP

Do I have to place half-life WON at the steamapps/youraccountname/ ??.
