I have to agree with Jan - why should this game be FREE ?!

I wouldn´t say "best game ever", as this would be an insult to some timeless classics, but it´s for sure one of the most entertaining games ever. And a great value for your money:

Last year, I bought "Gone Home" - a wonderful experience, but 25 Swiss Franc for 100 minutes was kinda sad. I payed almost 50 Franc for Metro Last Light, and I had beaten the game after 7 hours.
After you get what the game is all about, Into the Dark is by far more enntertaining than Metro (or any other single player shooter), it´s funnier than all of the humor-driven adventures out there, and if you try to beat the ITI Alpha, too, you can spend almost 20 hours playing the game.
Asking 12 Euros (roughly 15 Swiss Francs) is actually VERY cheap.

Looks much better! Did you increase the texture resolution? If yes, what about the memory problems?

This game is awesome and extremely funny. I love the humor, the jokes, the visuals, the design, the fights, even the ridiculous accent of the opponents (yeah, I know, it´s supposed to be this way). How long do we have to wait for the next version? And will it already have the new engine?

Re-played the Desura Edition after finishing the Ice Alpha. Ice is better, no doubt, but it´s still an Alpha. Into the Dark is, all issues aside, the best and most entertaining game I played this year.

Any news, updates or playable versions?!

It´s really funny, that everytime you see an exciting and beautiful Game with the "FPSC" tag here you can bet that the developer is either SerygalaCaffeine or HomegrownGames.

It´s a pitty this game is not as famous outside IndieDB as Minecraft & Amnesia, you would for sure deserve it.

I guess this game shows perfectly that you can make really great stuff no matter which engine you are using. I saw many UDK games that looked really bland and boring compared to this evil masterpiece of bad taste.

yeah, I didn´t figure it out when I rated myself, however, 8/10 is ok, perhaps a 9 / 10 would be more fitting.

I also love the fantasy-styled sword very much.

This is the same engine as "Into the Dark", right?

I don´t want to sound rude, but you really don´t do the game any favour with your kind of let´s play, it´s very misleading.

Regarding Bugs:

- you know that you can unstuck yourself by crouching, right?
- the Zombies NOT attacking you have their backs turned to you and are interacting with somethign else, like the cigarettes vendor and the X-Ray. that´s clearly on-purpose!

Regarding Gameplay / Storytelling:

- You showed only the propaganda video disclaimer, NOT the intro. anyone who watches your channel won´t be able to see what the games story is all about
- You complain that the directions are only spoken and can be forgotten, but I haven´t seen you opening the mission log once where all is written down and updated on the fly; although you had the message "Press M to open mission log" several times on screen
- you didn´t watch the ingame video, you didn´t take a closer look at the posters and hint pictures, you didn´t look at the notes, all of those are contributing very much to the great humour

As I said, I don´t want to offend you, but if I were the developer, I would be pretty mad about this video.
Perhaps you should retry it with showing all the details you left out her.

As already told, I really, really love this game. But whenever I finish a level, I get the feeling that I missed a lot. Could you please publish a walkthrough with all easter eggs and secrets?

This game is simply awesome!

The Xmas Demo is fun, but the full desura game is far better. Less bugs, lags and more jokes - I recommend hitting the "buy" button!

Really great game!

Very funny, very "mature" and quite tough shootouts mixed with some clever puzzlers (and some stupid ones).

Also quite good visuals, most of the scenes look better than many Amnesia rooms.

What I love most is the creativity and the unusal approach to the genre. Singing "the producers" while blasting away mutants with a shotgun is really cool :)

Despite some technical issues a masterpiece, well done!
