ok got account created, downloaded an reinstalled via the Savage website, it loads all the tools but gets lagged out on the last one, still start an it wont upload the latest patch , from 2.6 to 2.8

It will not update to the latest patch for me? it also will not let me fill out the account creation , I donno if i created the game account. I play HoN can I use that account?
