But ofcource, you can see that turanic can have no facilities, as everything gets taken by research, only "bandit" and utility ships are for free ); this is more structural divide then functional.

In search for names I've looked the Mololu raider tech tree, but I've decided to take the "safecracker" ("Медвежатник") short variant;
Built on the "bandit" chassis, so the "cracker" deals less damage but is faster. Like average big race interceptor.
3) First, I've decided to make one common ion/cloaking tech, now I've decided this way... Well, I dunno, let the modder decide ) Captured tech could be researched separatedly, and only then used for each type of the ship;
4) As the HW2 has another salvage system (HW2 was taken from HWC partly), I've decided to give multipurposal "thief" corvette EMI strike - to make victims helpless - in return.
5) Ion Array Frigate actually is a howitzer: the gun, connected to the drive, no chassis:

So, you need to make a chassis to create more frigates )
After the chassis research you'll get the salvage frigate; it's named "thug" as the thug were the Kali prayers which killed the man after becoming close friends.
6) No advanced (too barbarian) or anti-cloak sensors (look at Vaygr));
7) Auto guns taken from Raiders Retreat mission. Mines - from HWC, cloak - just for fun and effectivity.
Well, I've decided if we have the "Light Bomber", then it doesn't need any improved bombs.
