I had figured that is who it would probably be, but I didn't want to make any untrue assumptions.

I'm not sure if this has been answered before. I went through the notes, and through several pages of comments and didn't see it. But will there be a Pirate faction in this mod, and if so who would it be?

Honestly all the work being put into this mod makes it truly deserving of getting MOTY.
