Friend I played against launched his scud storm several times on my base without crashing- like more than 3x haha so dunno, doesnt seem like a 100% thing?

You need the base Red Alert 3 game, there's a readme telling you how to install the mod included in the mod files.

True, in general GLA feels the most OP right now.. fastest building system to build the base up, can build anywhere without outposts and they can build unlimited black markets too while USA and China are limited to just 3 Supply Drop Zones/Internet Centers- and just spamming scorpion tanks with the rocket upgrade and Quad cannons is an easy win- only thing remotely dangerous are USA aircraft or well.. another GLA player but I'm sure balancing further down the line will fix the issues~

You literally just activate the Super Weapon and then you drag a selection rectangle (the same way you would do if you want to select a group of Units) over the Beam and then you should have it selected and can order it to move around like in Zero Hour

You can move it after a second, just drag a rectangle selection over it and it should select the beam
