Just 2 ideas for mutants:
- Tiberium Vein Detonation as a support power
- MARV with a little differences as T4 unit. In KW it looked like сгар, so here suits forgotten best of all. Especially like mobile refinery.
For main troops to intrude. And they actually went under laser fence before if you didn't notice.

Before new version is released I wanna ask one thing. Carnius could you give back Titan's ability to squish vehicle. Now Tick tank almost equal to Titan in firepower when dig in, but it faster and has laser upgrade affects infantry (railguns almost not!). In previous version titan guards infantry, preventing them from squishing by enemy tanks, good micro makes Titan squish all enemy troops, and it was good due to it's price.
Now it is one of the most useless unit due to it speed and price, and even put him behind wall strategy better with RPG tower (you can fix tower any time by clicking). So now there is no strategy where you can put this unit, especially in early game, Falcon is used as main anti vehicle purpose.
PS Everybody see that you make new model and want to make them better, but please return their role to the battlefield as it was earlier. And if you make railguns affect infantry as before (the weapon of great accuracy btw) it will be the best New Year gift.
Version 1 indeed suits NOD style and Tiberian Sun atmosphere.
I don't know is it bug or balance issue so I write there.
Rail guns now miss infantry. It works now as ordinary shell or missile. For God's sake it is the most advanced GDI weapon. Some mission with zone troopers now very hard to win, coz T1 infantry kills them quite fast.
Just few questions:
Why did you remove mutant with rockets from hovel? I see new model of them and new name "flak trooper". For me it is done well, so why?
Condor is not looks like infantry transport, why not to remain it like repair support unit. Original orca transport fits better this role with all this work you made for it (eg. doors opening). We know from the very beginning it was like it should be according to screenshots. And you have decoration crush orca transport for maps. GDI actually don't need battlebase they have the strongest units, so air support unit will be much more useful. What do you think?
Absolutely agree with ahrimansiah and pbplayer about orcas. Without miniguns they are the easiest target, plus harpy now has microwave ability. From the very first CnC GDI was rulers of the sky, and orcas had miniguns, cutscenes shows it quite clear (as everybody knows it wasn't in game due to engine limitation). Bunch of players agreed that minigun upgrade was one of the best addition in 1.4 version. It is like secondary weapon, so when they run out of missiles they return to the base,it's logical. I know you tested miniguns as an upgrade and by default, and why change play style when it fits the majority of players. Second complain is why the sensor pod was given to falcon that already has scanner. Orcas much faster and can put it extremely fast wherever you want. Falcons will die several times before they reach enemy base or tiberium field nearby. And falcons have EMP bullets that make them very much effective against all vehicles, so orcas don't need second type of missiles.
So Carnius me and part of the community kindly ask and beg you to keep the orca unchanged as it was in 1.4. Hope you will make the right decision.

Carnius, to my mind there should be Kodiak and montauk in TE but not in build order. It should be implemented in a worldbuilder for map makers. Just image what a great potential will be then. Such taltnted mepmakers like TheFinnishGuy could make a super-duper single maps XD. Please, think about it.

Very crazy idea for future version:
What if mutants would get special commando unit for each faction: Ghost Stalker for GDI (GDI Tech centre needed), Hijacker for Nod (Pyramid needed), and I don't know, maybe some kind of mutant-scrin symbiont (scrin tech needed).

Minigun on bombers is not main weapon, I like it how it is now. So there is no need to remove it. In addition I think the better thing is to add more armour to that unit as it suppose to be heavy bomber.

Your maps are so interesting and suitable for that mod, but could you remake Night of the mutants. Make a large mutant's in the middle (you know how it was in TS) with walls (I think original TW wall would be nice there) and with mutant staff into (marauders , missile mutants and pitbulls, maybe even ghoststalker as a head of the base- oh, sudden dreams:)). Separate hovels are nice too but to my mind large base won't spoil the map.

Why GDI commando has lost call for transport ability?
-I discovered the problem with mutants. The problem is that mutant lieutenant (who was made from shadow team) doesn't have mutant quality, can't be healed on tiberium, that's why we hear about tiberium poisoning, and he dies there.
One little thing: now, when we have JJ infantry, upgrade for orcas miniguns should be cheaper, coz 3000 are too much:)

Some ideas for 1.4 (if possible of course):
1. Tick tanks have drilling mechanism at the very beginning, coz useless make it at T3 when you have access to avatars and etc. (but drilling for subterranean units should be at T3)
2. If you don't want to give EMP grenade to discthrower (like in KW), then give it to zone trooper (to my mind not bad for T3 infantry).
3. Armed GDI engineer (others have some special features).
And for future versions:
Once you have told you want smth like hammerhead, but not helicopter, I think that could be Cnc3.ru
Interesting thing. In campaign scrin Assault Carrier had another model, we could see it in short movies ( Cnc3.ru ). Maybe you can bring it back in future versions. And Devastator warship could be that whacked vessel from TS.
