I,m a huge fan of Stalker series and this mod is by far the best thing ever from a survival - horror perspective. You can't find any other game/mod that is more realistic, difficult or atmospheric than this. Even going outside Skadovsk for an apparent trivial quest is often a challenge that may result in your death or resource consumption. You have to be very careful with your surroundings, gear choice, combat and reaction time. The graphics and sounds in this mod are unbelievable...so photo realistic (if u have the right rig), so authentic, it immerses you from the start and never lets you go ;) If you want to experience the best survival horror out there, then stop here cause you won't find better than this.

Superb mod. Tremendous work done regarding details, re-texture and gameplay. Adds a dark/realistic feeling to the game. It is a pleasure to the eye. Although bloom effects might be exaggerated, especially outdoors, there a lot of tweaking options to choose from to get the perfect image. Been playing the whole HL2 saga for 40 hours, feeling that first time playing HL2 sensation, congratulations to the staff for such a fine accomplishment. With the exception of a few bugs which were easy to fix...it has been a very sweet melancholic ride ;) Keep up the good work !
