When I shoot the female robots i get the precache moldel error, headcrabclassic.mdl; anyone knows how to fix this error thx?

Looks fine, but there is a bug when saving it crashes to desktop and give engine error, at the first level when you reach a hall that ends in a white light nothing happens, I think it must change to next level or map. If anyone finds how to fix this, post here.
