why is it that so many of the cities are in the wrong spot (for instance he fei is one of the southern locations and hu lao gate is too far north)? and i dont see any of the god weapons HELP!

so i tried downloading this version like 4 times and it installs but whenever i try to play it i cant find it... and i tried installing the previous version and the same thing happened
