No rot, no rust, no flies, no hanging guts, too much mutations (even armor mutated) - definitely not a Death Guard member.
More like a noise marine for me: that thing on the mouse with tubes and pipes looks like a Doom Siren. Even if not - just a Slaaneshi champ anyway.
