He has, but Ordo Malleus doesn't recruit space marines like Death Watch does. And those worshipers...

Maybe. But what about the helmet, the dude at the right is giving to him? It definitely looks like a common space marine helmet, without any features of chaos.
That is one really weird looking Inquisitor........
The Death Watch is part of the Ordo Xenos arm of the Inquisition. The Grey Knights are part of the Ordo Malleus, and The Sisters are part of the Ordo Hereticus. FYI
